AMENDMENTS TO ORDINANCE #2d‑91

AN ORDINANCE RELATING TO SOLID WASTE DISPOSAL AND LITTER.

The Board of Selectmen have ordered two public readings of amendments to Ordinance #2d‑91 starting with a hearing on March 5, 2007 at 7:30 pm during the Selectmen's regularly scheduled meeting at the Stratham Municipal Center. The amendments pertain to changes to Section 3) Access, Section 5 Prohibited Items, and Section 6) Disposal Fees. The amended Ordinance in its entirety will become known as Ordinance #2e‑91 and become effective after its second reading, which is planned for March 12, 2007 at 7:30 pm, again after a public hearing held during the weekly scheduled Selectmen's Meeting.
