The Town of Stratham Gateway Commercial Zone Master Plan Committee

will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, November 27, 2007 at 7:00 p.m., at the Stratham Town Hall, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue, Stratham, NH to consider the following:

1. Approval of Minutes of October 25, 2007 and Public Forum of November 15, 2007 (7:00 – 7:10)
2. Discuss the results of the forum and agree on significant points raised (7:10 – 7:45)
3. Discuss and agree upon next steps (7:45 - 8:40)
1. What changes are appropriate for draft MP?
2. When, how and by whom should zoning changes be drafted, reviewed and approved prior to seeking voter approval?
3. When should the zoning changes be put before the voters? What steps are needed to get to voter presentation?
4. What future forums and/or meetings with civic groups should be planned?
4. Other (8:40 – 8:55)
5. Agree on next meeting date Thursday 12/13? (8:55 – 9:00)
