The Town of Stratham Gateway Commercial Zone Master Plan Committee

will conduct a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 1, 2008 at 7:00 p.m., at the Stratham Town Hall, 10 Bunker Hill Avenue, Stratham, NH to consider the following:

1. Approval of Minutes of Meeting of April 17, 2008. (7:00 – 7:10 PM)
2. Informal presentation and discussion of proposed redevelopment of the existing site by representatives of Market Basket. (7:10 – 8:00 PM)
3. Discuss differences between form based and performance based zoning and the desirability of each for the Gateway Committee (8:00 - 8:30 PM)
4. Discuss straw man outline of lot related zoning and other critical areas. Assuming we agree on the approach, work on modifications needed to the extent that time allows. Otherwise define alternative approach (8:30 – 8:50 PM)
5. Other (8:50 – 8:55 PM)
6. Confirm next meeting date of 5/15 (8:55 – 9:00 PM)
7. Adjourn (9:00)
