NOTICE OF HEARING ON ASCERTAINMENT OF

STRATHAM’S FUTURE CABLE RELATED NEEDS AND INTERESTS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of a public hearing to be held at the Stratham Municipal Center at 10 Bunker Hill Avenue, Stratham, New Hampshire, on Monday, February 5, 2007, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.

The Public Hearing shall be held by the Board of Selectmen, Franchising Authority for the Town of Stratham, pursuant to the Federal Cable Act and N.H. RSA 43 and N.H. RSA 53-C, to solicit public comment and input ascertaining the future cable television franchise related needs and interests of the Town. The cable franchise is an essential element of our telecommunications infrastructure.

Interested members of the public are welcome and will have the opportunity to express their views regarding the Town’s future cable-related needs and interests. We encourage all interested persons to attend and participate in this important public hearing.
